% 21.12.2016 I.A. 15848/2016 (under O 23 R 3) It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff that they have settled their dispute in the present suit with the defendant for a sum of Rs. 11,150/- through the cheque. It is submitted that in view of the fact that the suit stands settled, the same be disposed of being settled in these terms.

In view of the above submission, the suit along with the application stands disposed of.

In view of the fact that the matter stands settled, under the provisions of Court Fees Act, a certificate of refund of 50% of the court fee be issued in favour of the plaintiff.

Next date in the suit stands cancelled.
