This suit is disposed of in view of the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties on 1st December, 2017, and which is annexed with this application, but no decree is passed, but parties however will have liberty in accordance with law for seeking reliefs with respect to violation of any terms of the settlement agreement dated 1st December, by filing appropriate independent proceedings.

IA is accordingly allowed and the suit is disposed of because of the settlement between the parties.
