% 20.01.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner's petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending before the Supreme Court and as soon as if the Arbitral Tribunal is appointed, the petitioner would move an application before the Arbitral Tribunal for interim measures in accordance with the law. At present the petitioner is not pressing the same, however, the liberty be granted to the petitioner to raise all the pleas raised in the present petition. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Liberty as sought is granted to the petitioner. The date in the main petition is fixed for 25th January, 2016. The same stands cancelled. The matter be not listed on that date.
