27.10.2017 These are the two petitions under Article 226 of Constitution of India filed by the petitioners, who claim to be regular street vendors and have been vending in front of Dargah School, Near Primaiy Health Centre, Police Station Mehrauli, Delhi since the year 2007. The grievance of the petitioners is that the officials of respondents are harassing them and they are not allowing them to earn their livelihood with dignity.

n On the last date of hearing, time was sought by the counsel for the respondents to seek instructions in the matters. Today learned counsels for the respective respondents submit that the grievance of the petitioners is baseless and vague. The petitioners are not being harassed and their possession is not being disturbed. However, during phool walon ki sair and because of VIP movements, the petitioners were temporarily removed. Counsel further submits that in case the petitioners follow the norms of the Corporation and not obstruct the free flow of traffic as well as free movement of pedestrian, till the TVC is ^ constituted as an interim measure, they will not be removed. In view of the stand taken by the counsel for the respondents, the present $ writ petitions, as prayed, stand disposed of binding the parties upon the aforesaid terms on respondents.
