% 22.04.2016 When the writ petition is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.

Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a copy of the Office Order dated 16.11.2015, by which the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Regional Director (General Central Service, Group 'A') in National Centre of Organic Farming at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The petitioner has also given his consent to join the said post. The present writ petition was against the transfer order, by which the petitioner was posted as Deputy Director at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

The writ petition is dismissed in default. CM No.7969/2015 also stands dismissed in default.
