% 01.12.2017 In view of the objection on territorial jurisdiction of this court being raised by the respondent no.2, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition before the court of competent jurisdiction. He submits that the interim order granted by this court on 28th April, 2017 be extended till such time that he files such petition before the competent court.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order granted on 28th April, 2017 shall remain in operation for a period of two weeks from today. Dasti.
