Subu Promoters and Developers has cleared the entire outstanding amount in credit facility granted to them. A letter dated 9th April, 2015 duly signed by Mr. Rajesh Pandey on behalf of Punjab & Sind Bank, Connaught Circus Branch, New Delhi, which was written to M/s. Subu Promoters & Developers to this effect, has also been placed on record. In view of this statement, present writ petition is not pressed at this stage and is disposed of.
