Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and undertakes to disburse the consequential benefits that the petitioner is entitled to, within a period of two weeks from today.

The undertaking given on behalf of the respondents is hereby accepted, directing them to comply therewith, without demur within the time stipulated.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of whilst reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition, in the event the respondents do not comply with the undertaking on their behalf today.
