% 19.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged unauthorized construction by respondent No. 10 in property bearing No. WZ-6B Naraina Village, New Delhi.

The petitioner who appears in-person has in fact filed copies of Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India settingup a Special Task Force and laying down an action plan for monitoring and addressing violations relating inter-alia to unauthorized construction. In this view of the matter, the petitioner fairly states that he would wish to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force constituted by the aforesaid Office Memorandums in accordance with the policy and procedures provided therefor. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
