O R D E R

% 28.03.2017 Having regard to the valuation put to the reliefs in the suit, the counsel for the plaintiff seeks the case to be transferred to the District Court on account of change of pecuniary jurisdiction, to which counsel for the defendant submits no objection.

Thus, the case is transferred to the court of the District Judge (New Delhi) at Patiala House Complex, inasmuch as the defendant is located in that jurisdiction and also because other similarly placed case is pending there. The parties shall appear before District Judge (New Delhi) on 26th April, 2017. The District Judge (New Delhi) in his discretion may retain the matter on his board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under his control.

The Registry to send the file complete in all respects to the transferee court well in time.
