Learned counsel for the petitioner also points out that arbitration has been invoked and steps for appointment of an Arbitrator are being taken. In view of the above, interim order dated 1.5.2017 is confirmed till passing of the Award by the learned Arbitrator. The petitioner to ensure appointment of an Arbitrator within four weeks from today. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
