The learned counsels for the Decree Holder and the Judgment Debtor No.1 point out that the said appeal is still pending adjudication before the Division Bench of this Court and there is an Order of stay on the present proceedings passed in the said appeal. 3.

In view of the above, the present Execution Petition is disposed of reserving liberty for the parties to revive the same depending on the outcome of the appeal that is pending before the Division Bench of this Court.
