After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed, but appellant, as prayed for, is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.3.2019 and subject to filing an affidavit of undertaking in this Court in terms of the present order and also in the affidavit of undertaking stating that appellant will clear all charges including water, electricity etc. as payable for the suit premises and for which paid bills regularly every month will be given to the respondent/plaintiff.

This Court does not observe, one way or the other, with respect to the aspect of mesne profits, and which aspect will be decided by the trial court in accordance with law.
