O R D E R

% 27.05.2015 Petitioners are major.

They have married in Arya Samaj Vedic Sanskar Trust, Tis Hazari, Delhi on 15th May, 2014. They have married without the consent of parents of petitioner no. 2. Respondent no. 3 is father; whereas respondent nos. 4 and 5 are brother and cousin of petitioner no. 2. Petitioners have alleged that respondent nos. 3 to 5 are threatening the petitioners with dire consequences as they have married against the wishes of parents of petitioner no. 2.

Respondent nos. 3 to 5 are present in Court and submit that they have

no intention to cause any harm to petitioners since they are major and have married of their own free will.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that telephone numbers of Station House Officer, Divisional Officer and Beat Constable have been given to the petitioners whom they may contact in case there is any threat in future. Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to Station House Officer, P.S. Roop Nagar to ensure the safety of petitioners. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
