CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 08.05.2015 Request of petitioner for furlough has been declined in view of his unsatisfactory jail conduct. Clause 26.1 of the Parole/Furlough Guidelines, 2010 indicates that good conduct in prison and earning three annual good conduct remissions is one of the grounds while considering the request of furlough.
Petitioner's request has been declined by the Director General (Prisons), Tihar, since petitioner has not earned three annual good conduct remissions. I do not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the Director General (Prisons). Writ petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
