% 24.07.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case the arbitration clause has not been invoked. However, he submits that the petitioner shall take steps for appointment of an Arbitrator within four weeks. Subject to the petitioner taking the above steps within the said four weeks, the interim order passed by this court dated 1.5.2017 is confirmed and shall continue to operate till passing of the Award by the learned Arbitrator.

Subject to the above, present petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
