% 08.04.2016 CA 1360/2015 The prayer made in the application effectively is that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the main petition i.e. CP 239/2015, in view of the settlement dated 15.01.2016 arrived at with the respondent under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The learned counsel for the respondent affirms this position.

Accordingly, as prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the aforesaid settlement agreement. CO.PET. 239/2015 No further orders are called for in the captioned petition, in view of the order passed in CA 1360/2015 today. The petition be consigned to record.
