HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 06.01.2016 The plaintiff's grievance and concern is that the defendants should not disturb its functioning in the supply of electricity to the consumers in Delhi. Certain interim orders have been passed, protecting the plaintiff's interests.

Ms. Nandita Rao, the learned counsel for the defendants, would submit upon instructions from Mr. D.C. Kapil, the General Secretary of defendant No.1- Union, who is present in Court, that the members of the said Union shall not, in any way, obstruct the functioning of the plaintiff. The learned counsel for the defendants assures the Court that neither shall the defendants obstruct the passage leading to the Head Office or the SubStations of the plaintiff nor shall they enter any of its premises to agitate their grievances without a scheduled meeting in this regard. Should they

have any grievance to agitate, they would do so peacefully and maintain a distance of 50 mts. from the plaintiff's office or any premises belonging to the plaintiff. An undertaking in this regard shall be filed by Mr. D.C. Kapil within two weeks from today.

The learned counsel agree that other suits/proceedings pending elsewhere between the same parties shall be disposed off in terms of this order.

The suit stands disposed off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JANUARY 06, 2016 tp
