% 24.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit of service showing that respondents No.1 and 3 have been duly served. Regarding No.2 service report is that the said respondent has shifted. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that service was sought to be effected on the registered office of respondent No.2 and that accordingly the said respondent No.2 should be deemed to be served. Learned counsel for the petitioner also points out that arbitration has been invoked and steps for appointment of an Arbitrator are being taken. In view of the above, interim order dated 1.5.2017 is confirmed till passing of the Award by the learned Arbitrator. The petitioner to ensure appointment of an Arbitrator within four weeks from today. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
