Grounds of the review petition show that as if an appeal is filed in this very Court against the judgment of this very Court dated 18.10.2016. Review petition is not meant for re-arguing matters which are disposed of by a detailed judgment. No grounds are made out for review. There is no error apparent on the face of the record.
