O R D E R

% 01.08.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the complainant by way of a Settlement/Agreement dated 27.11.2017 whereunder she was to be received an amount of Rs. 60 lacs, out of which, Rs. 40 lacs have been paid to her. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought a demand draft of Rs. 18 lacs; the same has been tendered to the complainant through her counsel. The learned counsel for the petitioner states upon instructions that the remaining monies will be paid to her within two weeks. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and it is accordingly disposed-off.
