Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 08.05.2017, the petitioner was represented by Mr. Anil Kaushik, Mr. Rajinder Singh and Mr. Abhishek Mishra, Advocates.

However, on account of a typographical error, their presence has not been noted in the judgment dated 08.05.2017 as having appeared in WP(C) 3719/2017. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 confirms that the counsel were present and he has no objection to the application being allowed. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The presence of Mr. Anil Kaushik, Mr. Rajinder Singh and Mr. Abhishek Mishra, Advocates shall be read in judgment dated WP(C) 3719/2017
