DINESH KUMAR SHARMA, J. (Oral) These petitions were filed pursuant to a matrimonial dispute between the parties.

It has been stated that the parties have been living separately for the last nine years and have filed 24 cases against each other. However, a perusal of the record indicates that now in fact the matter has been settled between the parties vide the settlement deed dated 11.08.2018 before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.

The parties have also dissolved their marriage by mutual consent. The said fact has been recorded in the order of the Hon'ble SC dated 21.10.2019 passed in Transfer Petition (c) No.556/2018 titled Dr. Sonia Hora v Dr. Blair Singh Hora & Anr.

In view of the settlement arrived and directions of the Hon'ble SC the present petitions stand disposed of.
