CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJIV KHANNA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDER SHEKHAR
O R D E R
% 20.08.2018 We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition as the petitioners have efficacious alternative remedy under the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003. As there were disputed questions of facts, statutory remedy should be invoked.
Counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, submits that this Court may condone the delay, if any, in invoking the statutory remedy as the petitioners have been approaching and writing letters to the Registrar, to which there was no response.
It is open to the petitioners to raise all pleas and contentions in the pleadings and in the application if required to be filed seeking condonation of delay. These aspects will be taken into consideration.
The writ petition is dismissed as not entertained without commenting on merits.
