The present petition under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a) set aside the interim maintenance order dated 30.03.2015 as passed by the Hon'ble Court of Shri D.S. Punia, Ld. Principal Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi in M.T. No.32/2014 (U/s 125 Cr.P.C.) tilted as Subhadra Versus Anil Kumar, Verma, and now pending for 28.08.2015; b) grant interim maintenance of Rs. 4 Lacs per month from the date of filing of revision petition as respondent is a big contractor, property dealer and dealer of motor vehicles, having arm license and has intentionally suppressed correct and detailed information of wealth despite filing status affidavit on oath;

b) Pass any other or further order (s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice." Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties submit that proceedings before the learned Family Court are at the stage of pronouncement of judgment. It is pointed out that the matter was reserved for judgment on 19.12.2024 and the matter is now listed for final judgment on 21.04.2025.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with prayer for an expeditious disposal of the matter before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

The learned Trial Court is requested to ensure that the judgment in the present case is delivered as expeditiously as possible. 7.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 8.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
