O R D E R

% 24.08.2018 Having heard the parties, it is directed that Mr. M.S. Jadhav, the petitioner shall remain present in person to collect his moveable goods stored at Delhi Transco Ltd., Rampura Scrab Store, behind Keshavpuram, near fire station, Lawrence Road Industrial area, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'subject godown') at 12:00 pm on 27.08.2018. The SHO concerned, as well as, a duly authorised person on behalf of the Delhi Trasco Ltd., shall also remain present on the appointed day and hour to permit and facilitate the removal of the petitioner's goods from the subject godown.

The petitioner is at liberty to make his arrangements to collect the goods at the appointed day and hour.

With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this Order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under signature of the Court Master.
