% 18.09.2017 On an oral prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, Mohd. Shabbir, S/o Mohd. Harun is impleaded as respondent no.3. Amended memo of parties has been filed, which is taken on record. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours and a quarrel took place between them on a trivial issue as relations between them were strained, which led to registration of FIR No.201/2016 under Sections 365/342/323/34 IPC registered at PS New Friends Colony. It is further submitted that now the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably and it is prayed that the aforementioned FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.201/2016 under Sections 365/342/323/34 IPC registered at PS New Friends Colony and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
