% 23.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over an acknowledgment of deposit of Rs.40,125/- on 06.04.2018 with Deputy Labour Commissioner. Same is taken on record. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 confirms the payment.

At this stage, learned counsel for the parties submit that since the entire amount along with interest has been deposited by the petitioner with the Commissioner Workmen's Compensation, nothing survives in the petition.

The petition along with application, being CM No. 8860/2015 is disposed of accordingly.
