LPA 571/2018 Mr.Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in paragraph 13 of the impugned order, the learned Single Judge has remanded the matter back to the Authority under the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954, whereas it is an admitted position that a sum of Rs.1,57,263/- is payable by the respondents to the appellant for the period February 2012 to 13th September, 2012. He submits that he would file a review of the impugned order. It is open for the appellant to file the review which shall be considered by the learned Single Judge, in accordance with law.
