% 07.09.2016 Issue notice. Sh. Rahul Kaushik, Advocate accepts notice. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that after adjusting the amounts allegedly due, the respondents have made a tax demand of `1,75,000. It is claimed that the assessee sought rectification of the amounts on 24.08.2016.
The respondents shall expeditiously deal with the rectification application and indicate its orders within eight weeks from today. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending application.
