% 30.11.2018 Vide order of 6th April, 2018, respondent was directed to release provident fund dues of petitioner within four weeks by crediting the due amount in petitioner's saving bank account.
Respondent's counsel has handed over copy of the E-mail received from respondent to submit that the provident fund dues would be remitted to petitioner's bank account on 1st December, 2018. While taking on record the copy of E-mail of 29th November, 2018, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to get this petition revived in case, petitioner is not satisfied with the e-mail response given to petitioner.
