By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and take care of his aged mother who is bed ridden and suffering from cardiac aliments.

The address of the petitioner has been verified and his family is found residing at House No.157, Mandir Wali Gali, Multan Nagar, Baghpat Road, Meerut, U.P.

As per the nominal roll the petitioner was granted last parole w.e.f. 24th November, 2017 and in the year 2018, he has been granted twice furlough. Thus this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the W.P.(CRL) 2456/2018

satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that the surety of the petitioner would furnish the mobile phone, which would be kept in active mode during the parole period of the petitioner. 4.

Petition is disposed of.
