% 31.08.2018 The case has been listed on reference by the District Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts seeking transfer of the case from the Principal Magistrate, JJB-IV, East District Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi to another Court of competent jurisdiction because the said learned Principal Magistrate is a witness in the said case.

Accordingly, the case is transferred to the Principal Magistrate, JJB-II, Delhi Gate, Delhi, where the parties shall appear on 11.09.2018. The records of the case shall be reached to the latter Court on or before the next date.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned referring Court. A copy be also given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
