This is an application filed by Respondent No. 2 seeking implementation of the order dated 04.11.2024 passed by the predecessor bench in the present revision petition.

Learned counsel for the applicant/Respondent no. 2 states that time bound directions be issued to the Trial Court for releasing the monies forthwith.
