No.33123/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of various representations made by the petitioner to qua the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted in property No.3616, Katra Dina Beg, Lal Kuan, Delhi but no action has been taken by the Department.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the North DMC has put in appearance. It is stated that deviation in the aforenoted property has been booked and demolition order has been passed and the demolition programme is fixed for 19.9.2016.

Noting the submission of the respondent and it is expecting that the respondent to take all actions in accordance with law in a time bound frame (outer limit of three months) no further orders are called

for in this petition.

Petition disposed of.
