% 07.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that since the respondent has expired, the present writ petition has become infructuous. In the present case, the Tribunal had quashed the charge-sheet dated 21/22.06.2010. It is pointed out that the disciplinary proceedings, pursuant to the quashing of charge-sheet had not culminated in a punishment order. The respondent had retired on 30.06.2010.
