Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over an affidavit which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide letter dated 14th October, 2016, the Deputy Labour Commissioner, South has intimated the petitioner that the certificate of registration has been amended. The copy of the amended registration certificate has also been sent to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the notice dated 29th June, 2015 does not survive in view of the amendment of the registration of the certificate. 2.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that the showcause notice dated 29th June, 2015 has been withdrawn on 23rd November, 2016 in view of the registration certificate issued to the petitioner. Copy of the letter dated 23rd February, 2016 is handed over and taken on record. Copy of the same has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The writ petition does not survive any more in view of the withdrawal of the showcause notice dated 29th June, 2015. The writ petition and the
pending applications are, therefore, disposed of. 4.
Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
