Notice to respondent no. 3 also. She is being represented by her counsel. She is duly identified by IO ASI Om Parkash. 3.

The petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'Cr.PC') for quashing of the FIR bearing No.124 registered on 13.04.2017 against them with Police Station Nangloi, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 323/341/452/506/34 IPC on the complaint of respondent No.3. 4.

Subsequently the respondent No.3 and the petitioners have amicably resolved and settled their all disputes by settlement deed dated W.P. (Crl.) No.1271/2017

The petitioner No.1 is the brother of the son-in-law of the respondent No.3 and petitioner No.2 is a friend of petitioner No.1. 6.

The respondent No.3 states that she had voluntarily settled and resolved their all disputes voluntarily with the petitioners without any force and coercion. She submits that she does not want to pursue the present FIR. She submits that the said FIR may be quashed. 7.

Learned ASC through IO submits that the charge sheet has so far not been filed.

Since the matter had been amicably settled between the parties, no fruitful purpose would be served in pursuing the said FIR. Hence, to secure ends of justice, the FIR bearing No.124 registered on 13.04.2017 against the petitioners with Police Station Nangloi, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 323/341/ 452/506/34 IPC IPC and proceedings arising out of the said FIR are hereby quashed. 9.

The petition and application are disposed of accordingly. 10.
