The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that the respondent despite his undertaking before this Court vide order dated 11.12.2019, has not cleared the arrears from 11.12.2019 @ Rs.11,000/- per month. Learned counsel submits that the differential of Rs.3,000/- since January, 2019 has not been paid. He further submits that the interim maintenance @ Rs.11,000/- has also not been paid for the last CRL. REV. P. 581/2016 Page 1 of 2
two months. He thus, submits that the total amounts comes to about Rs.58,000/- (i.e. Rs.36,000/- + Rs.22,000/-). 2.
Mr. Dilip Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the amount of interim monthly maintenance @ Rs.11,000/- has not been paid for the last two months and shall be cleared within a period of two weeks from today. He further submits that the he will take further instructions so far as the payment of arrears since January, 2019 is concerned.
