% 09.05.2019 Both the counsels submit the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 26.04.2019 in terms of clause 1 to 8 and the settlement is arrived at by mutual consent, without any coercion or undue pressure from either parties. Clauses 1 to 8 of the abovesaid agreement dated 24.04.2019 shall form part of this order. The parties to comply with their obligations as envisaged in the agreement. The lease deeds as stated in para 2 of the agreement shall be executed within a week from today. The petition stands disposed of in view of above. Pending application also stands disposed of.
