% 21.04.2016 By this petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 01.11.2014 passed in execution proceedings, which are going before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed an affidavit and which is not disputed. Definitely it is the prerogative of the Trial Court to consider the facts and to pass appropriate orders.
