O R D E R

% 21.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Petitioner is wife of co-accused Manveer. Petitioner has four years old child. Petitioner's name has been taken by the prosecutrix subsequently in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
