Mr. Keshav Mohan accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 5.
Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to oppose the prayer made in the captioned petition. 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Presiding Arbitrator, one, Mr. S.C. Sharma, has resigned.

For this purpose, my attention has been drawn to Para 31 at page 259 of the documents file.

This is Communication dated 08.07.2018 which has been addressed by Mr. S.C. Sharma to the parties herein.

Thus, having regard to aforementioned circumstances and the stand taken by the counsel for the respondent, Hon'ble Mr. Vikramajit Sen, Former Judge of the Supreme Court (Mob. 8447333366) is appointed as the Presiding Arbitrator.

The Presiding Arbitrator will convene a hearing of the Arbitral Tribunal for which purpose a written notice will be served on the parties. 11.
