Learned counsel for the petitioner states, on instructions, that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to approach the Arbitrator for re-adjudication of the disputes.
Learned counsel for the respondents also state, on instructions, that he has instructions to concur with the aforesaid suggestion.

In view of the above, the petition and the pending applications are disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for referring the matter to the arbitration or to take any further remedies that may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
