% 20.08.2018 In the present writ petition, the primary prayer made is for postponement of the due date for submission of Request for Qualification (RFQ). It is stated that in view of amendments dated 7th and 14th August, 2018, it is difficult for the members of the petitioner Association to comply with the technical formalities and submit requisite documents/papers.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions states that, though there was no substantial change or amendment, to bring the controversy to an end, the respondents would extend the last date of submission of RFQs to 22nd August, 2018, 3 P.M. It is also stated by the respondents that the following four

documents, namely, (i) Power of Attorney(ies) (ii) Joint Bid Agreement (iii) Affidavit and (iv) Pre-contract Integrity Pact in respect of A, B, C and C1 Airports, whether composite or individual/separate for A, B, C and C1 Airports will be treated as valid. This would not invalidate the RFQ.

We take the statement made on behalf of the respondents on record. They would be bound by the said statement. 4.

Recording the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. We also clarify that we have not examined any other issue and commented on the same, for no other aspect is required to be examined. In case of any difficulty or issue, it will be open to the petitioner association/member to file an application for clarification. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
