By the present petition the petitioner, who is the husband of the complainant, seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.257/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at PS Prashant Vihar, Delhi.

Issue notice. Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that till date no permission for arrest of the petitioner has been sought. 3.
Thus, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner at the moment. In case the permission to arrest the petitioner is received by the Investigating Officer, he would give a prior notice of one week before arresting the petitioner.

Petition is disposed of.
