The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayer:- 'to pass an appropriate order or direction directing the Ld. Civil Judge to expeditiously dispose of the matter and pass orders in M.No.9/2015 (60312/2016) titled as 'Sahil Sabharwal vs. Sonia Oberoi & Ors.' pending in the Court of Ld.Civil Judge, Central, Tis Hazari, Delhi.'

Perusal of the record shows that written arguments have already been filed by the parties as recorded in the proceedings dated 5th December, 2016 CM(M) 508/2017

and adjournment was sought by counsel for the applicant for arguments. 3.

The powers vested in this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India being extraordinary discretionary constitutional remedy, no such direction is warranted in the given circumstances. 4.

The petition is dismissed.
