Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings have been terminated. Consequently, it is acceded by respective counsel that the impugned interim order passed by the arbitral tribunal, is no longer operative.

Learned counsel for the appellants, submits, that an application has been filed for revival of the arbitral proceedings and for substitution of the arbitrator. Needless to say, if and when the arbitral proceedings are revived, it shall be open for the parties to press for reinstatement / passing of appropriate interim measures of protection, as may be warranted.If any of parties remain aggrieved on this count, it shall be open for them to take appropriate remedies under law at that stage. 3.

The appeal stands disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
