% 03.11.2016 CM No.40569/2016 (for delay) This application seeks condonation of delay, which is stated to be of seven days in filing the Review Petition No.480/2016. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned and the Review Petition is taken on record.

The application stands disposed off.

Review Petition No.480/2016 This petition seeks correction of the order dated 05.09.2016 to the extent that the said order has not recorded any rate of interest for housing loan of employees of the Bank upto Rs.1,00,000/- and it records that a special rate of interest of 5% per annum was applicable upto Rs.5,00,000/-. Instead it should have been recorded that for loan of Rs.1,00,000/- the special rate of interest at 5% per annum is charged and for loans from

Rs.1,00,000/- upto Rs.5,00,000/-, interest at the rate of 11% per annum is charged. For loans above Rs.5,00,000/-, the interest at the commercial rate would be applicable for loans above. The aforesaid is not disputed by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The order dated 05.09.2016 stands modified accordingly. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
