O R D E R

% 29.03.2017 The learned counsel for the execution petitioner/decree holder submits that given the valuation and the relief granted by the decree which is being executed here, the matter will have to be transferred to the District Courts. Having regard to the submissions that the cause of action had partly arisen on account of negotiations at the office of the decree holder at 124, Janpath, New Delhi-110001, the jurisdiction, per the submissions of the counsel for the decree holder would vest with the Court of District Judge (New Delhi) at Patiala House Courts. Therefore the execution petition is transferred to the file of District Judge (New Delhi) at Patiala House Court Complex where the parties may appear on 29th April, 2017 for further proceedings in accordance with law.

The District Judge (New Delhi) may, in his discretion, retain the matter on his board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under his control. The Registry shall send the file well in time to the transferee Court.
